About Michael A Novak
I was Honorably Discharged after 12 years of service in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves at the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). Currently I am employed by Certified Woman Owned Small Business located in Airway Heights, WA. I am the Sales Account Manager, Risk Assessment Advisor, Armed Officer, and Instructor on Human Relations and VIP Personal Protection Bodyguard Protocol. Our clients consist of Residential, Commercial, County, State, Corporations, and Federal Government. I negotiate deals and advise them on the best way to protect themselves and their investments.  I am currently also a Volunteer Teacher's Assistant for a first grade class at a local elementary school.  I have also worked for a Fortune 500 Company as a Corporate Trainer.  I see the struggles that both a Small Business and Big Business face.  Politicians need to stop ignoring Small Business and pay attention to their needs the way they pay attention to Big Business.  I also found myself speaking up at political events and voicing my opinions on these types of issues.  That is when I was asked to run for Precinct Committee Officer of my Precinct and be a voice.  Somewhere in the middle of all of this I met a nice lady who was an MP (Military Police) in the Army for over five years. She is great and I could not ask for a better advisor, friend, and wife in my life.
 

More About Me
In 2004 and again in 2006 I was elected as the GOP Precinct Committee Officer for my Precinct. I mailed out a letter voicing my views which made me stop and think that maybe I should get more involved. I decided to run for District Leader 3C. Now as a District Leader I am currently getting the voters to look at issues from a middle of the road point of view. After all both parties have great ideas. We just need people to realize this and cooperate with each other to get the job done.
